Courchevel nestles at the heart of the Three Valleys ski area, and owes its renown to its 600 kilometres of runs on 528 hectares of mountain terrain, particularly well-suited to all types of boardsports!
Discover the finest landscapes of the Three Valleys, including the Mont Blanc peak, the Ecrins peak and the Swiss and Italian Alps, and appreciate the fabulous panoramic views on offer!
At Courchevel you can be sure of high quality snow throughout the season and a very well equipped ski area, with 200 ski lifts and 330 runs. Courchevel has also created several areas dedicated to the pleasures of boardsports, where you can enjoy your sport safely:
The Stop Zone provides a safe, effective means of testing your abilities to make an "emergency stop". It is located in Courchevel 1650 on the Grandes Bosses run.
Courchevel has set up special areas entirely dedicated to children and beginners, who can practise safely and without any hassle on well-maintained wide runs. These ZEN zones are located in 4 sectors of the Courchevel ski area: one at the foot of the Praz cable cars, one at Courchevel 1650 and two at Courchevel 1850.
Courchevel welcomes children and offers entertainment and play activities especially for little ones, who can join a tribe of Indians, take part in the treasure hunt organised by the tribal chief or simply listen to great stories about the Indians, recounted in a tepee!
Members of the ski patrol team will teach you life-saving procedures and train you in the techniques of searching for avalanche victims with special equipment (such as an ARVA, a shovel, a detector, etc.), which they will let you use - a very rewarding experience.
A must!
The « Railpark » :
The old snowpark beside the Plantrey chair lifts has been given a new look! The Railpark is equipped with different rail and box modules for you to practise on, and the 2 "Railparkers" on site will welcome you and offer you advice and tips. Accessible to all levels.
The « Snowcross » :
Adventure guaranteed on the Loze run! Test your reactions on the Snowcross trail, dotted with potential traps, "whoops" and raised bends ... 4 people start off and the first one to arrive is the winner!
